Return Policy

We make every effort to ensure that you, as our customer, are satisfied with the service we provide. You have the right to return all tyres bought from us within 30 days of receipt. We will refund the purchase price within this 30 day period – subject to the tyres having not been used. The packaging and shipping costs cannot be refunded. Please note that refunds can only be given for tyres which have not been mounted and where no attempt has been made to fit the tyres. Tyres must be bundled in pairs ready for shipping and returned in a clean condition.

If you are a private customer (i.e. not company or organisation) we offer a free tyre collection service – as long as you inform us within 14 days of delivery. After this period, we will make a charge of £3.50 per tyre (minimum charge, £7.00) to pick up the tyres. Please do not send any tyres directly to us. We cannot accept any tyre deliveries at our office address. Either telephone us on 0800 3286532 (FreeCall), fax us on 0121 210 330 or contact us by e-mail at Returns@delti.com. We'll arrange for the tyres to be picked up from your address.

The delivered goods shall remain our property until all outstanding sums have been paid in full and the terms and conditions relating to the order have been met. To exercise our title of property, we may demand the immediate return of the goods except in the event of legally binding or unrefuted claims. If the customer does not comply, we - or persons authorized by us - have the right to recover our property by the appropriate means. The customer must provide details on the whereabouts of the goods and, if required, allow the relevant business transaction records to be checked.
