We have tried to shorten and simplify our general terms and conditions, making them easier to read and understand for our home customers. Our General Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Return of tyres is possible, for example, if the tyres have been delivered in a damaged state. Our comprehensive 30-day Return Policy takes the risk out of buying any unwanted goods. This return policy extends over and beyond the legal requirement of 7 days for unwanted goods.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Web Trader Code of Practice.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
