Delticom AG's Turnover Higher than Expected

Hanover, 11.01.2001. In the past financial year, the Hanover-based tyre dealer company has developed better than projected. the expected turnover of DM 10 million will be 35% higher according to the Executive Office. The DM 13.5 million were earned by a total of twelve employees.

Over two thirds of the turnover were earned by tha classical international wholesale business. The other third was earned via the internet sales channel, launched in January 2000. Delticom is the first supplier to process regional wholesalers, as well as private customers using its online sales channel.

The company has been profitable from the start and will earn profit for the past year. Final figures will be available by the end of March. The company expects a turnover of DM 30 million in the current year.
