Former CFO of Continental AG joins internet tyre dealer

Strategic positions filled

Hanover, 02.02.2001. Dr. Peter Löschner (47), former head of corporate finance at Continental AG, Hanover has joined the first professional internet tyre dealer Delticom AG, Hanover. He will fill the position of Chief Financial Officer at the international tyre compnay. "In this way, we were able to fill a strategically important position with an experienced financial expert well acquainted with the tyre business", said Delticom Managing Director Rainer Binder (42). Löschner is responsible for financing, controlling and auditing. He gained his extensive knowledge while working for the Commerzbank AG and the Continental AG. At Continental he was responsible, among other duties, for corporate financial transactions on the international capital markets.

In addition, Delticom has hired other employees due to the dynamic growth of the business. The new contact for suppliers and wholesalers also used to work for the Continental corporation. Kai Warkotsch (29), formerly employed by Vergölst GmbH, is the contact person for tyre wholesalers in Germany. The former head of sales of the Franchise Service Gesellschaft mbH Marc Ditze (28) now takes care of tyre dealers and the vehicle fleet business. In addition the Public Relations position has been filled. Bettina S. Dörr (35) has moved from sci-worx GmbH (formerly known as Sican GmbH) to Delticom. "Now all key positions are filledt", the Managing Director Dr. Andreas Prüfer said.
