Your tasks:

• You will be responsible for the technical development, implementation and improvement of our digital e-commerce solutions, particularly for the further development of our existing shops (Java)
• You will be responsible for overseeing the IT Shop Roadmap, in close consultation with shop management
• You will coordinate our internal and external developer teams and be responsible for achieving the team’s sprint goals
• It will be your responsibility to translate requirements into user stories, epics and acceptance criteria
• You will lead and coordinate our international technical teams and service providers
• An agile mindset and scrum are not foreign concepts for you, but rather principles that you apply in your day-to-day work

Your profile:

• You have completed university studies in business administration or a technical subject. Alternatively you have completed commercial or technical vocational training
• You have at least three years of professional experience in a comparable context, ideally in the ecommerce environment of a commercial company
• You have a good understanding of technical and business matters and an agile mindset
• You can demonstrate experience with shop projects and processes and have sound knowledge of Java shop systems
• You put the team’s interests above your own and have excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude
• You have an excellent command of both spoken and written German and English; further languages are an advantage.
