Hanover, 08 November 2011 – Delticom (German Securities Code (WKN) 514680, ISIN DE0005146807, stock market symbol DEX), Europe’s leading online tyre dealer, has published its full report for the first nine months of 2011 today. Revenues in 9M11 increased by 15.8% to EUR 297.7 million and EBIT by 23.3% to EUR 28.2 million. EBIT margin rose to 9.5% (9M10: 8.9%). Consolidated net income for the period grew from EUR 15.3 million to EUR 19.0 million. This corresponds to earnings per share (EPS) of EUR 1.60 (undiluted, 9M10: EUR 1.30), a stepup of 23.9%. For 2011, Delticom AG’s management continues to anticipate an increase in revenues of approximately 10%, with an EBIT margin around one percent lower than in 2010.
